A Walnut Kidney Desk

A very fine 19th century walnut kidney desk. The top with a brass gallery surround, crossbanded in walnut and lined in green vellum, above three frieze drawers with ring handles, above cupboard doors opening to reveal interior fitted drawers, the reverse of the desk with central open bookshelves, the desk with ebonised moulding and parquetry inlay all raised on a plinth support.
