A fine Louis XVI ormolu-mounted mahogany writing table in the manner of the Jean-Henri Riesener, the rectangular moulded mahogany top above a frieze drawer fitted with a black leather-lined writing-slide and fitted compartments. The drawer front with a neo-classical ormolu escutcheon; the legs further mounted.
