A PAIR OF IMARI LAMPS

A magnificent pair of large Japanese Imari Meiji period porcelain vases, decorated throughout in the typical Imari colour palette of iron reds and blues with gilt highlights on a white ground, with panels filled with  tress, flowers and garden fences, with raised decoration, now mounted as lamps with hand gilded turned bases.

Height of vases: 19 3/4 in  (50 cm) including bases by excluding electrical fitment and lampshades.

All of our lamps can be wired for us worldwide. A selection of card, linen and silk lampshades can be supplied on request.
