A superb large late 19th century Japanese Imari baluster vase, beautifully decorated throughout in the traditional Imari palette of dark blues, iron reds and gilded highlights on a white background, with dragons, phoenix birds, chrysanthemums and stylised foliage, now mounted as a lamp with a hand gilded turned base.

Height of the vase: 18 3/4 in (48 cm) including the giltwood bases, excluding the electrical fitment and lampshade.

All of our lamps can be wired for use worldwide. A selection of card, linen and silk lampshades can be supplied on request.
