A fine early 18th century Japanese Imari octagonal vase, decorated in the Imari palette and with typical decoration including flowering peonies and foliage and a marvellous crane in a landscape with flowering prunus trees, with gilded highlights, now mounted as a lamp with a hand gilded turned base.

Height of vase: 13 1/4 in (33.5 cm) including giltwood base, excluding electrical fitments and lampshade.

All our lamps can be wired for use worldwide. A selection of card, linen or silk lampshades can be supplied on request.
