A fine large 18th century Dutch marquetry and walnut armchair, the back, seat frame and legs profusely inlaid with marquetry birds, flowers and foliage, with shaped upholstered drop in seat standing on elegant cabriole legs carved with C-scrolls and terminating with stylised claw and ball feet, the back legs outswept, the legs joined by a shaped half round H-stretcher. Fine bold carving to the arms.
