A fine George I walnut settee in the manner of Giles Grendey.  With an upholstered back and seat, framed by downswept open scrolled walnut arms, supported on cabriole legs with shell-carved knees terminating in claw-and-ball feet, the simple rear legs elegantly outswept. With fine colour throughout.
