A very fine pair of mid to late 19th century Chinese Canton enamel porcelain baluster vases, decorated with finely dressed figures in gardens scenes, with stylised borders of flowers, foliage and exotic birds, in the typical famille rose palette of pinks and greens with blue highlights. Now mounted as table lamps with bespoke hand gilded turned bases.
Height of vases: 17 1/4 in (44 cm) including giltwood base, excluding electrical fitment and lampshade.
