A very fine pair of late 19th century Japanese Imari vases, of ribbed form, decorated with flowers and foliage in the typical Imari palette of blues and iron reds with gilded highlights on a white background, now mounted as table lamps with hand gilded bespoke bases.

Height of vases: 13 3/4  in (35 cm) including giltwood bases, excluding electrical fitments and lampshades.
