A PAIR OF QUEEN ANNE WALNUT STOOLS

england , circa 1710

A very fine and rare pair of Queen Anne period walnut stools, of rectangular form, the upholstered over seat supported by elegant cabriole legs that end in pad feet, and joined by a shaped stretcher. The walnut with fine colour and patination throughout.  The seats now upholstered in exceptional early 18th century French floral needlepoint retaining magnificent fresh colours.
