A superb pair of hand crafted gilt gesso wall sconces in the Queen Anne style; each frame meticulously hand carved and gilded, the decoration including a central shell motif framed by acanthus leaves; the flat ground with circular double punched relief typical of the period; each with an antique mirror plate and a brass candle arm.
