A very fine pair of large early 20th century Continental porcelain baluster vases, decorated in the typical Imari palette of tones of blues and iron reds with gilded highlights on a predominantly white background, the main panel with superb flowering plants and foliage and birds in a landscape scene, now mounted as lamps with hand gilded turned bases.
Height of vases: 18 1/2 in (47 cm) including giltwood base, excluding electrical fitments and lampshade.
